Behavioral Connections

The Court sentences most of its drunk driving offenses, and certain others, to be assessed by Behavioral Connections of Wood County.  First-time offenders receive treatment in the 72-hour program at Nazareth Hall.  The most important aspect of this program is the ability for individuals to participate in a victim/offender impact panel that brings the offenders face-to-face with the consequences of drinking and driving.  A six-day Nazareth Hall program may be imposed if an OVI offender tests double the legal limit
