Restitution
If payment of restitution cannot be made in full, a payment plan may be accepted if ordered by the Judge or Magistrate. The probation officer will determine the amount of weekly/monthly payments after a review of the defendant's income and his/her monthly expenses. Payment should be provided to the probation department in the form of a money order. The money order must be made payable to Bowling Green Municipal Court. An envelope and stamp must also be provided. The defendant must understand that he/she will make payments timely and in the manner agreed upon with the probation department. Failure to follow the agreement will result in a violation of his/her probation.
